With this deeper wisdom of the heart we feel a connection to every person we meet as we are all on connected on the deepest level. These qualities radiate out from our hearts and can help to uplift and inspire those around us.

Practicing techniques such as mindfulness, self-reflection, and deep breathing can help us tap into the energy of the heart and use it to create positive ripples in the world around us. By focusing our attention on the present moment and cultivating a sense of gratitude and appreciation for all that we have, we create a positive vibration that is felt by those around us.

  1. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Allow yourself to fully relax.

  2. Focus your attention on your heart center, which is located in the middle of your chest. Imagine a warm and glowing green light with a pink light circle around it emanating from your heart.

  3. Visualize this green- pink light expanding and filling your entire body, radiating outwards with each breath.

  4. Repeat the following affirmations to yourself:

    "I am worthy of love and acceptance."

    "I am deserving of happiness and joy."

    "I am enough, just as I am."

    "I radiate love as I am love."

  5. As you continue to breathe deeply, allow any negative thoughts or emotions to surface without judgment. Acknowledge them and let them go, focusing instead on the warm feeling in your heart.

  6. Slowly open your eyes and enjoy the feeling of feeling you.
