I am ARA. In service to guide, inspire and empower you to live and love in your truth, embrace yourself fully and awaken to the fullness of who you truly are.

Here, you have a private space to talk and work through anything and everything. A space to simply be yourself, dedicated to self-exploration, healing, higher awareness and deep inner transformation.

My work also includes Shaktipat, the transmission of awakened spiritual aka. Kundalini awakening. Rooted in ancient Tantric traditions, it is understood to awaken the dormant human potential, expand consciousness and deepen your connection to your true nature and therefore to all that there is.

Whether you are navigating physical discomfort, chronic illness, emotional challenges, mental overwhelm, relationship challenges, life transitions, spiritual awakening, or just someone to talk to- you can come to me with anything. I meet you exactly where you are.

Nothing exists in isolation.

Body, mind and spirit are deeply interconnected. Together, we bring awareness to what is ready to be seen, understood, released and recalibrated, allowing meaningful transformation to unfold.

From the most human struggles to the deepest exploration of consciousness, all of you is welcome here.
